BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
 
 All bookings at Faye's Beautique are subject to a rigid 24 hour cancellation / rearrangement policy. Cancellations / rearrangements made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at 50% of your treatment. If you are booked in with us, no one else can have that time with us.  As a small, independent salon when clients cancel appointments at short or no notice – not only does it cost us money, it also prevents other clients from availing of the time with us. In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointed time, then no fee will be charged.  Thank your for your consideration and understanding.
 PUNCTUALITY & COURTESY

As a courtesy to other clients, if you are late for your appointment your treatment may be shortened in consideration for the next client. If you are more than 10 minutes late we have the right to refuse service and you will be charged 50% of your appointment value. Any cancellation/lateness charges must be paid before any future bookings can be made. 

RESCHEDULING



If you need to reschedule an appointment I am happy to accommodate where possible. I politely ask you give as much notice as possible & at least 24hrs before scheduled appointment so I can offer the time to someone else.



Clients that repeatedly book appointments & reschedule with short notice will be asked to pay a non refundable booking fee to secure future appointments. Booking fees will be taken off the treatment total. My business is run by diary & time, if I can not fill last minute changes it has an impact on my business.


OUT OF HOURS APPOINTMENTS


If you are desperately in need of an appointment out side of my working hours, then it may be subject to a small additional out of hours fee.  I will do my best to accommodate your request and I may require pre payment depending on the booking.

 

REFUSAL OR OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL


We reserve the right to refuse treatment if, in our professional opinion, we consider the treatment an unsuitable option for an individual. We will also not proceed with a treatment if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable. We reserve the right to refuse any treatment to pregnant women in their first trimester.


In the unusual circumstance that we may need to cancel your appointment, you will be contacted by telephone or text to reschedule.
